Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

✅ Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
✅ Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
✅ Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return or exchange

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange

  3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item as soon as your return is approved

  • Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns on opened e-liquids for safety reasons

  • Shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
